A visit to Saras Dairy by Sanskarians
The children of class IV of Sanskar International School visited a ‘Dairy Plant’ West Rajasthan Milk Producing Cooperative Ltd. The children came to know how milk is skimmed and converted into various milk products like curd, ghee, butter, paneer etc. Dairy plant officers pacified the curiosity of children by answering their queries. They also explained the kind of material that is used for packing milk products. Saras milk is also distributed at distant places like Jaisalmer, Phalodi and other areas. The children were greatly benefited by this visit. The children were escorted by Dharmendra Singh, Vishalakshi Bissa and Mamta Rathore.
